Abstract

Wissensmanagement ist für ein erfolgreiches wirtschaftliches Handeln von zentraler Bedeutung. Dabei spielen nicht nur die organisatorischen Strukturen und informations-technologischen Hilfsmittel eine wichtige Rolle, sondern vor allem die Bereitschaft und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden, zur Wissensidentifikation beizutragen, ihr Wissen darzustellen, gemeinsam neues Wissen zu generieren oder zu beschaffen. Diese Bereitschaft zur Kooperation ist die Grundvoraussetzung für jedes erfolgreiche Wissensmanagement, denn ohne Kooperation der Mitarbeitenden ist jede Wissensstrategie wertlos und nützen auch die besten IT-Tools nichts.
