| Abstract | Glucocorticoids are used for a variety of conditions, but can have undesirable consequences if not managed correctly. Long term or high dose use of glucocorticoids can put the individual at risk of adrenal insufficiency, and more awareness is needed to aid adrenal recovery to ensure patient safety |
