Abstract

Technology disruption is producing the lost of about 50% of the jobs in the world in the coming years. However, new opportunities are coming too. Covid-19 has accelerated changes and crisis all around the world showing how interconnected we are.
The world changes rapidly and with it our careers.
The continuing education, resilience, flexibility, adaptability are the key to our future success as engineers.
This presentation proposes a reflective talk about these topics and shows how unlimited access to technology and information give us the opportunity to reshape our careers.
